Networking

We have set up an efficient Network Management System to coordinate all the installation activities of the customer. Presently we have functional divisions and Quality monitoring division, headed by separate Project Managers. The Project Managers look after various day-to-day field activities such as
Coordination and liaison with customers (Collection of Work Order, Site Documents etc.)
Movement of personnel to respective sites.
Receipt of materials at sites
Initiating site survey report after site inspection
Liaisoning with customer for starting up installation without delay
Testing and Integration of equipment at sites.

Based on day-to-day site reports, the progress is monitored by Network Management System and suitable corrective measures are initiated in consultation with the customer. This has ensured speedy implementation of projects coupled with adoption of correct methodology by Installation Group at all locations.
On completion of installation, the team leader conducts a site audit based on the guidelines supplied by the customer. The problems noticed are circulated through a Punch List to the Network Management System Group.

These are analysed by the Group and final audit by Quality Assurance Team is conducted without delay. The site, thus, is handed over to the customer for commissioning. The above facts are brought to the knowledge of the customer during weekly meetings held regularly. The site is inspected by Customer’s Test Engineer and authenticated as fit for commissioning

MacrovisionTelenet Private Limited with its existing infrastructure and experience is diversifying to other business and has also been successful in bidding of projects in BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company). BESCOM, being a Government of Karnataka Undertaking, has undertaken a project called NirantaraJyothi - This is a Prestigious Project scheme of the government of Karnataka, to provide 24 hrs 3 Phase power supply to non-agricultural loads like domestic, commercial, water supply, street light, rural industries, milk diaries etc., in rural areas segregating the agriculture loads, which is a boon to rural economy.

The objectives will enable BESCOM to give 24x7 power supply to non-agricultural loads to rural areas, reduction in transformer failure, increase in metered sales, reduction in technical losses and improved loan management.

The Network Management System effectively examines the problems related to customer, non-availability of hardware at sites etc. The OJT need for team members is also reviewed on a regular basis. These are analyzed in detail and brought to the notice of the customer for suitable direction, advice and further action. This has ensured that even a minor technical deviation in installation procedures is not left unnoticed, which may cause a greater damage at a later date.
