Developing and executing the company’s business strategies

Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement

Responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization's telecommunications systems.

Works with other members of the staff to ensure that telecommunications solutions meet company needs. May use voice, data, video, or other systems as needed.

Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

Identifying, developing, and introducing new business development products to meet the requirements of the evolving Telecom sector

Preparing business reports, work plans and budgets.

Participating in internal and external meetings related to Telecom activities.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company.Manage, motivate, develops the Atlas Team. Manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve the company’s objectives.

Chair Management Team meetings.

Take a leadership role in establishing or developing the company’s culture and values.

Ensure that there is a succession plan in place.

Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson.

Directs activities of the communication’s division’s administration and finance operation by scheduling and assigning work, determining methods for doing work, checking quality of work, answering questions, handling personnel issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of activities.

Assists MD with management of daily telecommunications operations of the cooperative.

Participates in policy development and interprets and administers programs according to policies and procedures.

Prepares long and short-term budgets and work plans used in implementation of Board of Directors objectives.

Monitors adherence to budgets and work plans to ensure objectives are met.

Evaluates viability of new technology and service offerings for continued company development and expansion.

Reviews compensation arrangements to ensure that settlements, pooling, and accessrevenues are maintained and regulatory changes affecting revenue requirements arecommunicated to appropriate staff. Performs special projects as requested by MD.

Works closely with the Project Manager to insure communications, broadband, cable television/internet facilities are installed correctly by theinstallation crew.

Manages the engineering, staking sheets, continuous plant records (CPR)

Hands on experience in Tally -ERP

Updating Day to day payment vouchers in tally

Recording all daily incoming & outgoing business transactions in accounting software Tally. ERP-& shipping to the auditor for auditing purpose.

Preparing Bank Reconciliation statements.

Budgetary analysis -Set the limit of various cost centers by comparing past expenses & payment will be made as per the limit Periodically Sending General Ledger, P&L & Balance sheet Report to the management

Maintaining all statutory records & making payments accordingly. Good knowledge of MS-Excel, Bank document preparation for BG, FD, TT payments etc.

Payments to vendor initiation

Handle all purchase and vendor relationship activities

Project Managers are responsible for coordinating telecommunication systems installation projects.

Responsible for project scope, schedule, and cost control.

Improved cost control by eliminating needless expenses.

PM has to identify a suitable Engg & Technicians & give them training for project rollout

Training and guidance to reporting structure on Works related activities Ensured successful and timely installations

Create and update data base on day to day activity with follow-up/ action plan.

Responsible with generating Enquiries, Order Processing, Order Execution, and on time completion

Adhere to monthly and whole year targets.
